SHIPPING:

43rd Street Lighting offers free shipping by normal delivery. Rush orders or special receiving issues
may be at additional costs to the buyer.

Shipping times vary by manufacturer.  Your order will be placed as soon as your credit card is 
processed for payment.  Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours.  Some special orders and out of stock
items may take longer.  If you have questions about your order please contact us for delivery information.

If you choose to pick up your item at one of our locations we will contact you as soon as it is available.

If you have not received your items by the estimated time frame please contact us and we
will track your order.

If your item is damaged upon receipt or you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately
so we can pick up that item and send a replacement as soon as possible.     

RETURNS:

43rd Street Lighting offers a 30 day return policy.  To receive a refund the items must be returned
in their original package.  All parts and original packaging must be present and in proper shipping order.
All wiring must be uncut and all parts must be in original conditions including wiring, chain, and other parts.
Refunds will not be given on damaged items due to improper packaging, use of non original packaging
materials, or damage by shipping company.

WARRANTY: 

The manufacturers offer limited warranties that vary.  Please read the warranty information included
included with your product.  If you should have a problem that is covered under the warranty please
contact us or the manufacturer for resolution.
